1. The service

Temp Mail Now ("we", "us", "the service") provides receive-only disposable email inboxes. Free inboxes auto-expire after six (6) hours. Paid plans (Basic, Plus, Pro) extend retention, allow private addresses on managed or user-owned domains, and provide an API and email forwarding. The service is offered "as is" and is operated from Germany.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Temp Mail Now. By using the service, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Temp Mail Now to:

  • Commit fraud, identity theft, or any unlawful activity.
  • Send unsolicited mail. The service is receive-only and cannot send outbound mail.
  • Evade security or anti-abuse controls of other websites in violation of their terms of service.
  • Receive, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other illegal content.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any person.
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion if these rules are broken. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally compelled.

4. Accounts (paid plans only)

Free use requires no account. Paid plans require an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We hash passwords with argon2id; we never see your plaintext password.

5. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles VAT, sales tax, and consumer-protection compliance on our behalf. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle until canceled.

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or via the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid period (EU/EEA consumers: this is in addition to your statutory 14-day withdrawal right). Request refunds at [email protected].

6. Free-tier data

Free inbox messages live in memory (Redis) and are unconditionally deleted six hours after receipt. We do not back up free-tier messages and cannot recover them after expiry.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that messages will be delivered, that delivery will be timely, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any content received in your inbox is safe to interact with.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties — in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Munich, Germany, unless your local consumer-protection law grants you the right to sue in your country of residence (in which case that right is preserved).
